Life Style Modifying Martial Arts Program (LSMAP)

Life Style Modifying Martial Arts Program (LSMAP) is a special teaching program designed by our SHIHAN which gives a different outlook on our life. LSMAP covers different courses like Physiotherapy, Karate, Yoga, Diet and Health Education.

Karate for Kids

We are teaching kids basic respect, concentration, flexibility, a positive attitude along with fun. With our program, we give kids, the necessary things for running a stress-free, Healthy & blissful life. So, don’t wait..! Let your kids join our program and make them the sculptor of their future. Karate can be a lifelong endeavor that makes a huge contribution to your overall well-being. The actual physical moves (blocks, strikes, kick) apply directly to self-defense and your karate kid will also experience safety lessons designed to prevent abduction and molestation and help children manage the schoolyard bully.

Karate for teens and adults

Karate helps you to develop the healthy lifelong habit of fitness, it gives you valuable skills to defend yourself, and it creates a sense of life balance. For teens especially, it helps to develop respect for all people, confidence, and self-control. Adults who engage in Karate discover improved concentration. Breathing and Karate techniques enhance physical, mental and spiritual health. It’s never too late to start something new and many martial artists begin their journey to black belt as teens or adults. Whether you are in excellent physical condition, looking to lose weight, or just trying to find a new and exciting way to work out, many adults find what they want in martial arts training.

SCHOOL KARATE

Martial arts programs would be a wonderful addition to the curriculum in schools and to an extent, we already have a martial arts program in many schools. Martial Arts make for a nice PE class. For many students, it’s an engaging activity that they can get excited about doing And of course, you get all the non-PE benefits of a good martial arts program if you’re able to implement one . It gives you a great platform to introduce concepts of domestic violence, bullying, and personal safety… there are lots of important conversations to have with young students that are facilitated by a martial arts program. We are eagerly waiting for interested schools to join our program.

Old Age Karate

Women’s Karate

Our academy takes special care of women in karate. Martial arts for women can help reduce feelings of inadequacy, boost self-confidence and self-esteem while developing mental fortitude and resilience. Learning self-defense skills benefits women in ways that extend beyond discovering how to shield themselves. Karate women relearn their bodies as strong; as capable of multiple complex tasks; as good fighters; as expressive; as able to command space and deserving to command space – be it through the advice they might give or physical movements they make; as useful; as skilled; as active agents in control of their bodies for their desires. They can physically defend themselves if need be.

Karate for physically challenged

Master Shihan. M. Deivasigamani shows extra special interest in teaching Karate to disabled people. We impart karate in a new dimension to the physically challenged. Training in martial arts is not only to enable the physically challenged to defend themselves but also to build their self-confidence and motivate them to face any challenge. Our master trains them in all dojo.

Family Karate

This is a distinct concept in which the whole family takes part in the practice session. Family Karate helps to maintain health for the whole family so that all the members attain peace and love along with courage and confidence. Our Family Classes are a great opportunity to experience the wonderful lessons of Martial Arts right along with your child. Our program is both serious enough for adults and fun enough for children, which means that the whole family can train here. Most of our members are part of a family unit training here. That means moms and dads, brothers and sisters, all having fun together on the mat!
